There is a formal application process for any event that takes place in Westgate. 
For consideration, please download and review our Special Event Planning Manual & Application. The manual includes extensive information, application, waiver, insurance requirements, and rules and regulations. The answers to most questions regarding event production in Westgate City Center can be found in the manual, as can the appropriate application and response forms.

Please submit your application and allow at least 45 days for your application to be properly considered and to receive a response.
